We work with other community services organisations to co-design engagement and training that supports clients toward employment, further education and stronger community connection.
Equity-focused support programs
Many of the people you support face barriers that standard training models do not address well on their own. Avidity specialises in equity support programs—delivery that is flexible, respectful of trauma and disadvantage, and paced so learners can build trust and succeed in accredited training when they are ready.
We partner with your case workers, coordinators and leadership to align training with your intake criteria, safeguarding practices and local service agreements. Together we can connect engagement activities to qualifications, work experience and job-search support so outcomes are measurable and sustainable.

Upskilling the Disability Sector with Traineeships
With National Disability Services (NDS)
Winner of the Tasmanian Training Awards Industry Collaboration Award. NDS and Avidity worked together to promote traineeships for existing disability support workers—lifting uptake of a flexible pathway that had been under-used across the sector and strengthening employer engagement with the apprenticeship and traineeship system.

With Neighbourhood Houses Tasmania
Winner of the Industry Collaboration Award (Tasmanian Training Awards). Following a statewide training-needs survey, Neighbourhood Houses Tasmania and Avidity co-designed programs that addressed identified needs and barriers for staff, volunteers and participants across Tasmania's neighbourhood houses and centres.
